As of October 1, 2026, Alto Pharmacy is now FuzeRx, the pharmacy of Fuze Health. This is a planned brand evolution, following our integration into Fuze Health in 2025.

 

What changed

  • Search for and prescribe to “FuzeRx – formerly Alto” in Surescripts.
    • You can continue to send your scripts to their local location and FuzeRx will route them accordingly if needed.
  • Our pharmacy is now operating as FuzeRx, the pharmacy brand of Fuze Health.
  • Our NPI remains the same, and no changes have been made to our pharmacy operations or care teams.

What hasn’t changed

  • No disruption to prescribing workflows or patient care.
  • Patients will continue to receive the same trusted pharmacy services, including same-day courier delivery (where available), next-day mail service, 24/7 pharmacist access, and dedicated care teams.
  • Our partnerships with Carrot, Progyny, Maven and Optum remain unchanged.

 

Patients may notice our new FuzeRx branding in the patient app, website, pharmacy communications, prescription labels, and pill bottles. These are branding updates only—patients should not experience any interruption to their care, regardless of where they are in their treatment journey.

 

Optum Fertility patients will gain access to expanded services and products, including the FuzeRx patient app, plus in person pickup and courier delivery when available for their prescription and location.

 

In addition, AltoConnect is now RxCenter and can be accessed at rxcenter.fuzehealth.com.
