With an MPA in International Management and a B.S. in Business Administration, Nimesh strategically positions eIVF as a trailblazer in fertility services and healthcare technology innovation.

He champions efficiency through technology and process enhancements, transitioning teams from waterfall to agile, advocating DevOps, and embracing open-source and cloud-based solutions. Deb Mitchiner, eIVF's Chief Client Officer, brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in the Fertility, Women's Health, and Fertility Software healthcare markets. Prior to joining eIVF, she served as a Strategic Alliance Specialist and Area Business Director at EMD Serono, as well as the Medical Liaisons Director for Organon. Her unparalleled insights stem from her unique experience, having spent time with all core teams within 90% of the US fertility clinics. Deb's career highlights include launching essential products like FSH, Suppression, and trigger medications for IVF protocols. With a comprehensive understanding of fertility center workflows and deep industry relationships, she excels in executing growth strategies and fostering client trust.

Victor Escott, eIVF's Data, Analytics, and Interfaces Director in Dallas, Texas, is a dynamic professional who thrives in a multifaceted role. His journey began as a Full Stack Developer, but he discovered his passion for SQL Server, evolving into an adept SQL Developer with DBA responsibilities. Victor's coding prowess remains sharp, and he specializes in query and index tuning, execution plans, and managing substantial datasets. With over 9 years of experience in information science, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Systems from the Universidad Quezalcoatl en Irapuato, Mexico. Victor's capabilities encompass T-SQL query optimization, business logic implementation, data transformation, SQL Server administration, backup, and restoration procedures.

His career experience includes software development, mastering technologies such as.Net Framework, VB .Net, ASPX, C#, WPF, and SQL Server. Before joining eIVF, Ivan spent four years as a software developer and project leader, working with PHP, MySQL, Apache, and VB .Net. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Systems from the Universidad Quezalcoatl en Irapuato, Mexico, Ivan's extensive experience and dedication have been pivotal to eIVF's success in the healthcare technology field.
