The deadline to complete your eIVF V6 Readiness Survey has passed. Practices that have not complete the survey by the June 1 deadline may not be able to secure a place in the 2026 V6 upgrade schedule. Upgrade capacity is limited, and scheduling availability is filling rapidly. We strongly recommend that you complete the V6 Readiness Survey ASAP.

As a reminder:

- eIVF V6 will become the only supported version of the platform effective December 31, 2026
- Support for eIVF V5 will begin sunsetting after that date
- Clinics remaining on V5 beyond March 1, 2027 may be subject to limited extended support and premium support fees unless delays are caused by eIVF
Additionally, if your practice requires a server migration to meet V6 requirements, requests must be submitted to support@eivf.net by June 15, 2026 to remain within this year’s implementation timeline.
