  • Ticket Submissions:  To submit a ticket to the eIVF Support team, simply email support@eivf.net. Our team will triage your request to the appropriate member who can best assist you. Support is available weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm CST. To help us address your issues promptly, please ensure your tickets are clear and complete. We offer Support Guides to help you provide all necessary information, reducing response times.   • eIVF University – Through eIVF University, our online video learning platform, you can explore the robust features of our EMR solution at your own pace. With over 75 video courses, we offer customized learning paths for Administrative Staff, Lab Staff, Nursing, Physicians, and eIVF Super Users. Each eIVF practice has dedicated team pages to create sub-teams, add new users, and assign videos. eIVF University is free for all users.
