We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 eIVF Client Summit! This training is designed to offer valuable insights and practical skills for the optimal use of eIVF in your fertility practices.
Our goal is to create a supportive and interactive learning atmosphere where you can gain fresh knowledge about the various eIVF features. This event also presents a wonderful opportunity to network with peers from different fertility clinics. We are confident that you will conclude this training feeling motivated and equipped with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively implement your new skills.
Check-in begins at 11:30 am and lunch will be provided
Wednesday, May 14 – 9 am to 5 pm
Breakfast: 8:30 am to 9:30 am – Premium Pad
Lunch: 12 pm to 1 pm
Dinner: We hope that you will be able to join us from 6 to 8 pm for eIVF After Hours: BBQ and boots! Good food, great company, and a chance to unwind after a full day of the Client Summit—cowboy boots optional but encouraged! It will be held at The Exchange Food Hall – Second Floor – 211 S Akard St, Dallas, TX 75202. (Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel!)

The eIVF Summit is free for all attendees.
The Wednesday evening dinner will be at The Exchange Food Hall – Second Floor – 211 S Akard St, Dallas, TX 75202. (Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel!)
Airports
There are two airport options for flying into Dallas. Please note that flight scheduling and the cost to travel to Dallas are the responsibility of the practice.
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
DFW Airport is 10 minutes from the NYLO Hotel Las Colinas
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)
Love Field is 20 minutes from the NYLO Hotel Las Colinas
Please note that the hotel does not provide shuttle service from either airport to the hotel.
Before You Travel
Laptop
If you have a laptop, we strongly recommend that you bring it to the Client Summit. Our trainers will also be sharing their screens during the sessions, but we have found that it’s also helpful for attendees to follow along on their computers.
Also note that some practices require that you sign on to a VPN in order to login to eIVF if you are off-site. Please check that you’re able to access eIVF when you’re outside of your clinic’s network prior to the training.

If you are unable to attend the training, please let us know so we can notify other eIVF users who are on a waiting list for the event.
